The service

CleanWorthy is a directory that lists cleaning businesses. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a cleaner found through this site. We do not employ, supervise or control any listed business. All arrangements, including pricing, scheduling and payment, are made directly between you and the cleaner.

Verification

The Verified badge means the business has submitted photo ID and a current insurance certificate that we have reviewed. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or recommendation. The badge lapses automatically when insurance cover expires. We check documents for apparent validity but are not liable for fraudulent submissions.

Listing terms

If you list a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of that business and that the information you provide is accurate. You agree not to upload false documents, impersonate another business, or use the platform to mislead customers. We may remove listings that breach these terms without notice.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of CleanWorthy are owned by its operator. Listing content (business descriptions, logos, images) remains the property of the listed business. By uploading content you grant us a licence to display it on the site for the duration of your listing.

Liability

CleanWorthy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on listing information, or any interaction with a cleaner found through the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
